MyHouseAlly Realtor Partner Program Terms

Effective Date: March 11, 2026

These Realtor Partner Program Terms (“Partner Terms”) govern participation in the MyHouseAlly Partner Program offered by MyHouseAlly, Inc. (“MyHouseAlly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in or using the MyHouseAlly Partner Program, you (“Partner,” “Realtor,” or “you”) agree to these Partner Terms.

If you do not agree to these Partner Terms, you may not participate in the program.


1. Program Overview

The MyHouseAlly Partner Program allows real estate professionals to provide access to the MyHouseAlly home maintenance platform to their clients as a closing gift or client engagement tool.

The program may include features such as:

• referral or invitation links
• branded reminder notifications
• homeowner account invitations
• partner dashboards or reporting tools
• partner pricing plans

MyHouseAlly may modify or update the Partner Program and its features at any time.


2. Eligibility

To participate in the Partner Program, you must:

• be a licensed real estate professional or industry professional
• comply with all applicable laws and brokerage policies
• provide accurate registration information

MyHouseAlly reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove participation in the program at its sole discretion.


3. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

• represent MyHouseAlly accurately and in good faith
• comply with all applicable real estate laws and brokerage policies
• ensure their use of MyHouseAlly complies with applicable regulations
• avoid making false or misleading claims about the App or its capabilities

Partners are solely responsible for their communications, marketing materials, and interactions with their clients.


4. Advertising and Brokerage Compliance

Partners are responsible for complying with all applicable real estate advertising laws, brokerage policies, and licensing requirements in their jurisdiction.

MyHouseAlly does not review, approve, or supervise partner marketing materials and is not responsible for ensuring compliance with state or brokerage advertising rules.

Partners should consult their broker or legal advisor regarding compliance requirements.


5. No Real Estate Services

MyHouseAlly is not a real estate brokerage, agent, contractor, or service provider.

The MyHouseAlly platform provides home maintenance organization tools and informational resources only.

MyHouseAlly does not:

• represent buyers or sellers
• participate in real estate transactions
• provide real estate brokerage services

Participation in the Partner Program does not create any brokerage, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship between MyHouseAlly and the Partner.


6. RESPA Compliance

Partners are responsible for ensuring that their use of the MyHouseAlly Partner Program complies with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and any other applicable laws.

MyHouseAlly:

• does not pay referral fees to real estate agents
• does not compensate agents for real estate referrals
• does not receive compensation tied to real estate transactions

The Partner Program is intended to function as a client engagement and home maintenance tool, similar to other closing gifts or homeowner resources.


7. Client Relationships

Partners maintain their own independent relationships with their clients.

MyHouseAlly does not control, supervise, or participate in services provided by partners to their clients.

Partners are solely responsible for their communications, representations, and services.


8. Branding and Partner Identification

When homeowners sign up for MyHouseAlly through a partner referral or invitation, the App may display the partner’s name or branding within certain reminders or notifications.

By participating in the program, partners grant MyHouseAlly permission to display their name or branding within the App solely for the purpose of identifying the partner associated with the account.

Partners may not represent MyHouseAlly as their own software product or service.


9. Pricing and Billing

MyHouseAlly may offer partner pricing plans which may include:

• per-client pricing
• subscription-based pricing
• promotional or pilot pricing

Example partner plans may include:

• per-client closing gift pricing
• monthly partner subscription plans

All pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

Partners are responsible for any fees associated with their selected plan.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.


10. Referral Links and Invitations

Partners may receive referral links or invitation tools allowing clients to create MyHouseAlly accounts associated with the partner.

Partners agree not to:

• manipulate referral systems
• create fraudulent accounts
• misuse referral links

MyHouseAlly may suspend accounts for abuse of referral systems.


11. Intellectual Property

All MyHouseAlly trademarks, branding, software, and content remain the property of MyHouseAlly, Inc.

Partners may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce MyHouseAlly materials without written permission.

Partners may use approved marketing materials provided by MyHouseAlly.


12. Program Modifications

MyHouseAlly may modify or discontinue the Partner Program or its features at any time.

We will attempt to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.


13. Termination

MyHouseAlly may suspend or terminate partner participation for:

• violations of these Partner Terms
• misuse of the platform
• fraudulent activity
• legal or regulatory concerns

Partners may stop participating in the program at any time.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyHouseAlly, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Partner Program.

This includes damages related to:

• client relationships
• real estate transactions
• partner marketing activities
• use of the App by clients


15. Indemnification

Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyHouseAlly, Inc. and its affiliates from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• their marketing of the App
• their interactions with clients
• their violation of these Partner Terms


16. Governing Law

These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.


17. Updates to Partner Terms

MyHouseAlly may update these Partner Terms from time to time.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
