Estimated Savings Disclaimer

Any savings shown in the calculator are estimates only, based on average
Utah costs and typical maintenance scenarios. Actual savings may be higher,
lower, or zero and are not guaranteed.

Your Choices and Rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your data anytime in Settings or by emailing support@myhouseally.com
  • Separate, one-tap opt-ins (never pre-checked) will be required for:
  1. Realtor/builder data sharing (coming soon)
  2. Affiliate link acceptance
  • You can revoke any consent instantly in Settings → Privacy
  • CCPA/GDPR/UCPA rights: opt-out, portability, deletion – contact us

Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard encryption. Photos and data are retained only while your account is active (or as required by law). Deletion requests honored within 30 days.

International Data Transfers

Data is processed in the United States with appropriate safeguards.

Children’s Privacy

Not intended for users under 13.

Third-Party Links

Amazon affiliate links and external videos are third-party content – we are
not responsible for their practices.
