Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy (https://myhouseally.com/privacy-policy/), and any other referenced policies. You must check “I Agree” during sign-up.
Description of Service
MyHouseAlly provides an in-app calendar, task reminders, step-by-step guidance, manual storage, photo storage, an estimated savings calculator, and (coming soon) optional data sharing with your realtor or builder. All content and recommendations are general in nature.
User Responsibilities
- Keep your account secure
- Provide accurate information
- Use the App lawfully and do not harm its functionality
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of
photos or data you upload
Subscription and Billing
- $4.99/month (Essentials), billed monthly and auto-renewing
- DIY Plan Pro pricing TBD when released
- Free trials or gifted subscriptions may be offered
- Cancel anytime in Settings – no partial-month refunds
Permissions
By using the App you grant:
- Camera access to upload photos
- Push/email notifications for reminders
- Push/email notifications for reminders
Critical Disclaimers – You Must Accept These
1. No Liability for Outcomes
We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from following (or not following) App guidance, using recommended products,
watching videos, or relying on uploaded photos.
2. No Liability for Outcomes
Task steps, videos, product recommendations, and savings estimates are illustrative examples. They may not exactly match your appliance, home layout, or situation. Always verify suitability and safety yourself or with
a licensed professional.
3. Estimated Savings Are Not Guaranteed
The savings calculator shows estimates only, based on average Utah costs. Actual savings may be higher, lower, or zero and are not guaranteed.

5. Third-Party Services & Links
We are not responsible for external services, videos, or websites linked in the App.
Privacy
Your data (including uploaded photos) is handled per our Privacy Policy (https://myhouseally.com/privacy-policy/). Future realtor/builder sharing will require your explicit one-tap opt-in (default OFF).
Intellectual Property
All App content, designs, and code are owned by MyHouseAlly, Inc. or its licensors. No copying or redistribution without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyHouseAlly, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or property arising from your use of the App.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyHouseAlly, Inc. from any claims related to your uploaded content or use of the App.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive class-action rights.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with notice via email or in-app for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
