MyHouseAlly provides personalized home maintenance schedules, appliance data management, step-by-step task guidance, and reminders via app notifications or email. Features include photo-based appliance data entry, third-party service recommendations (e.g., dog walking, cleaning), and warranty walk-through tools for home builders and realtors.
User Responsibilities
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and current information, including personal details and appliance data.
Proper Use: You will not use the App for unlawful purposes, to infringe on intellectual property, or to harm the App’s functionality.
Subscription and Billing
Pricing: The App is available for a subscription fee of $4.99 per month, billed monthly.
Free Trial: Certain users may receive a free trial, the terms of which will be specified at sign-up.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App’s settings. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Billing Issues: Contact support@myhouseally.com for billing disputes.
Permissions
By using the App, you grant permission for:
Camera Access: To upload appliance photos for data auto-fill.
Notifications: To receive task reminders via push notifications or email.
Location (Optional): To provide localized service recommendations, if enabled.
Disclaimers
No Warranty: The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will meet your specific needs or be error-free.
Task Outcomes: We are not liable for improper maintenance or damages resulting from following App guidance.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the quality or performance of third-party services (e.g., cleaners or dog walkers) recommended via the App.
Privacy

And pricing on the pricing page should say $4.99 for essentials, and Then TBD For DIY Plan Pro (the yellow one), also update the name to DIY Plan Pro.
There is only an option for monthly, so don’t have yearly be an option on the pricing page.
